Most money is lost in indirect procurement

Direct procurement is usually under control. But everything a company buys to run its business often goes through chats and email — with no auction and no price comparison.

Direct procurement

Raw materials, components and parts for your products

  • Few suppliers and long-term contracts
  • Prices and terms are agreed in advance
This is probably under control

Indirect procurement

Everything the company needs to operate: equipment and IT, furniture, repairs, services, transport, office supplies

  • Most of the company’s suppliers and purchases
  • Offers are collected in chats, email and Excel
  • They support your business and indirectly add to the cost of your goods and services
Main losses and savings potential

B2Biz works for both. For indirect procurement — fast tenders with an AI draft and online auctions; for direct procurement — prequalification and multi-stage auctions.

Manual procurement — an outdated approach

On B2Biz, suppliers compete for your order, and you compare offers in one format. Procurement notifications reach suppliers in the Telegram they already use.

How it works now

  • Offers arrive via Telegram, email and phone, some with VAT and some without
  • The buyer pulls prices together in Excel by hand instead of working with suppliers
  • Suppliers can’t see the competition and quote their first price, not their best
  • The same “usual” suppliers are invited every time
  • It’s hard for management to check who was asked and why this supplier was chosen

How it works with B2Biz

  • All offers in one format, with the comparison by price incl. VAT ready right away
  • AI turns the terms of reference into a procurement, and the buyer reviews a ready draft
  • In online auctions, suppliers see their place and lower their price
  • New suppliers from a database of 10,000+ companies, plus email invitations
  • Auction history and a report for every procurement, for management and audit

An e-procurement platform helps build mature procurement

As the procurement function develops, companies move from one-off orders to systematic management of categories and spend. An e-procurement platform supports this shift: it helps organize competitive supplier selection, keep procedures transparent and build up data for well-grounded decisions.

Competition drives the price

In online auctions, suppliers see their place in the ranking and can improve their offer until bidding closes. The lead changes hands, and the supplier who lost first place gets a Telegram message right away.

Suppliers find out instantly in Telegram when their offer is no longer the best

The B2Biz bot sends a message the moment a price is beaten, so the supplier can respond before bidding closes. Auctions don’t stall, and the price keeps going down.

Invitations, deadlines and results also arrive in Telegram.

You choose the winner — or reject all offers

Confidence in procurement — at every level of responsibility

Less manual work for the team. More solid grounds for decisions and oversight — for executives and owners.

For the buyer
Less routine. Easier to justify the choice.

AI prepares the procurement from your TOR, and offers arrive in one format. The comparison and auction history are always at hand.

For the CFO
A clear view of what the company pays for.

You see every offer and how prices changed. Procurement data is ready for financial control and audit.

For the CEO
Delegate procurement and keep control.

You see who took part, what they offered and how it ended. The team makes the decisions, and you check whenever you need to.

For the business owner
Procurement that’s easier to check and hand over to another team.

Offers and procurement history live in the system, not in personal archives or employees’ memory.
